Upgrades & Repairs
Due to the large amount of components we keep in stock we can offer a wide range of upgrades
for all sorts of computers. They are not always vastly expensive undertakings and in most cases these can be performed
on the SAME DAY.
Maybe you need some more storage space, a few extra USB ports, or a
new DVD writer?
Perhaps you need a better VGA card to play your new game, or some more RAM to speed
your system up a little bit?
With charges as little as £15 + the price of your new hardware, why not give your
computer the little boost it needs now.
Notebooks are generally a little more difficult to upgrade but
they can still benefit from a RAM or HDD increase. Please
contact us with your make and model so we can source for prices.
Are you having trouble with your PC? Has it stopped turning on? Does it fail to load your windows
desktop?
This doesnt always mean a new computer is the answer. 90% of cases are repairable, and they do not always have to
end in data loss. Pop the system into us and we can have a look and assess what needs to be repaired and what it is likely to cost, we will then advise you and if you give permission then fix the issues found. If we do not fix the issue there is nothing to pay.
Is your system running slowly? Does it take ages to start-up?
Perhaps your PC could do with a service. Our £45.00 full system service includes:
- Full hardware diagnostic tests
- Download and configuration of the latest OS updates
- Registry clean-up
- Removal of temporary files
- Optimization of system start-up and running processes
- Full removal of unwanted programs (if customer requests)
- Half price virus scans (if needed) at £20
Do you get a lot of pop-ups? Unusual messages? Suspect a virus infection on your PC?
Our thorough virus & spyware scans can remove all traces from your PC. We run at least 2 up-to-date scans across
your whole PC with proven software. We can also manually remove any traces of corruption caused
by an infection. All this for a flat rate of £45.00. We will also check the state of any installed malware
scanners and firewalls to try and prevent future problems, if none is present we can offer you a solution.
(A small minority of extremely infected machines fail to heal
correctly. If this is the case a format and reinstall is usually required at additional costs.)
