Call-Out Service
If you cannot bring your PC to us we do offer a call-out service to the Thanet area and surrounding towns.
There is a £25.00 call-out charge PLUS a £25.00 hourly rate, charged in fifteen minute segments
We do offer more long distance call-outs around Kent
when needed but obviously the call-out charge would have to reflect this by increasing slightly.
If you do live further away please call us with the address and we will advise you of the additional cost.
The call-outs involve any of our services except hardware tests, as these can take hours to run and would
not be cost effective to run on-site. Therefore if the system in question requires hardware tests we would take it back to the workshop and an additional charge would be incurred.
Collection & Return (Thanet Area Only)
We can pick up your machine and drop it back to you for £15.00
